Return Policy for Shapewear & Intimates

We want you to love your purchase! Due to the personal nature of shapewear, bodysuits, adhesive bras, pasties, nipple covers, and other intimate apparel, at this time, we have the following return guidelines to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers.

Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be free of any signs of wear or alterations.

US & International Return Process

Start your return within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer support team via email at springscomehome@gmail.com.
At this time, Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return (optional but helpful).
Package the item securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging) and include all accessories, tags, and hygiene liners.
Drop off the package using the provided label.

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged upon arrival, etc.).
If you received a free shipping promotion or discount, the value of that promotion may be deducted from your refund if the return reduces your order below the qualifying threshold.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily send a replacement (if in stock) or issue a full refund.
